We have provided size chart guidelines for sizing as rubber swim fins are not the standard street shoe size as stretch around the foot needs to be taken into account. Return Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong decision. We are happy to exchange an item for another item if the return is due to our error in processing your order by supplying an item not specified at checkout. In this case we will also pay all shipping costs; otherwise, for all other circumstances, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of purchase; all returned item/s must be sent back unused as received it in the original packaging supplied.
To return an item it must first be authorised by POD Ware Pty Ltd. Once you’ve contacted us and obtained authorisation. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once it has been received and processed.
Faulty Returns
All products are checked for faulty workmanship and/or materials before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
POD Ware Pty Ltd will accept product/s for return when purchased via the website, if the goods are found under normal warranty provisions to have faulty workmanship and/or materials within 30 -*90 days from the date of purchase (*90 days is only for certain items). This is limited to repair and/or replacement at our discretion. Claims do not cover general wear and tear and/or when products are used for anything other than their intended purpose. Use of any product outside its intended purpose renders the warranty null and void.
All warranty claims must be authorised by POD Ware Pty Ltd Ltd before return, this can be done by emailing us at customersupport@podware.com.au with a photo showing the fault.

Here are your options for returns and exchanges:
- Straight Exchange: If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product with no price difference, please include a self-addressed, pre-paid Australia Post satchel.
- Exchange with Price Difference: If you are returning an item for an exchange with a price difference, please send the goods back using pre-paid post. In this case, include a self-addressed satchel with the returned item.
- Not Included: By chance, you forgot to include a self-addressed satchel with the return good/s. We will notify you of the cost for the return postage and process this payment via the same credit card processing service or request a direct bank transfer. Your exchange will be processed and returned by Australia Post once your payment has cleared.
- Refunds: Partial or full refunds will be credited back and issued to the credit card used for the original transaction through the same payment processing service. Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the returned product. Please note that the initial postage and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Fee: If a cancellation or you return an item for a refund, a 5% restocking or processing fee will be applied. However, this fee does not apply if you exchange the item for a different size or product.
- Returned to Sender: International Post returns due to no response and are unclaimed due to postal service requirements. An AUD25.00 return fee, including a 5% restocking or processing fee, will be applied. If the order has to be processed again for redelivery, the delivery cost will be due and payable before dispatch.
- Importance: POD Ware Pty Ltd will not accept returns or exchanges sent via COD (Cash on Delivery) post.

POD Ware Pty Ltd is committed to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone other than to dispatch your order. We use this information to identify your order/s, provide you with our newsletter/s (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
