The shipping cost is automatically calculated live through Australia Post and shown at checkout. It is determined by destination plus weight and parcel size, whichever is greater.
We also deliver Worldwide with Australia Postal Services, International Standard, or International Express. Note that estimated delivery times quoted below and/or in the shopping cart do not consider any delays with customs or service disruptions.
All goods are processed, shipped the next day, and/or dispatched directly to your door within 48 hours from the POD warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on a parcel's place of origin and final destination. Generally, you will receive the parcel within one to five business days; however, delays may occur.
All deliveries are estimates and are subject to delays, especially in peak periods. Please expect delays in responses to enquiries and transit times in the lead-up to Christmas. The transit times should only be used as a guide. They're estimates and don't consider the increased freight levels in the courier network during this time.
Due to the high volume of general enquiries, couriers may take up to 24 hours to respond. We appreciate your patience during this time of year. As a result, POD Ware Pty Ltd is not responsible for any third-party delays in delivering parcels.
In addition, POD Ware Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party damage to goods in transit; therefore, any damage claim must be made directly with Australia Post.
We also provide Australia Post and/or the nominated courier company's tracking number. The customer is responsible for tracking your parcel's whereabouts until it is delivered.
Please notify the courier company and/or us of any problems and/or delays. We can only promptly advise you of any issues and/or delays we are aware of.
Your order will delivered between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, so please remember this when providing a delivery address. If no one can accept the parcel, the delivery service must leave a card marked "unable to deliver." You are responsible for arranging re-delivery and/or collection when this occurs.

Please double-check to ensure the delivery address information is correct. POD Ware Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any parcel delivered to an incorrect address specified by you for any order.
We also reserve the right not to send bulky items Australia-wide
This usually applies to items such as surfboards and/or soft surfboards because they are occasionally just too big and therefore refused by courier companies and/or too expensive to send to country regional areas or interstate, namely Western Australia or WA country regional areas.
Any item smaller than a surfboard is never a problem. We will fully refund you if we cannot send your order.

Express Post – Tracking with next day delivery *within a service's delivery network.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest transport links, but the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee service won't cover your parcel.
*The delivery services available to you and the speed at which your items will be delivered depend on whether your 'to' and 'from' postcodes fall within a service's delivery network.
International Deliveries
Customs Charges: Some countries may hold items for inspection or charge extra customs duty before final delivery. We cannot know if or when that will happen, and we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees charged by local customs.
International Economy and/or Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery. It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of parcels to over 190 destinations within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.*
