Easy on–easy off fitting: For the best fit, wet hair before putting a swim cap on; further advice is below.
Our swimming caps are for swimmers to reduce hydrodynamic drag while swimming; by creating a smooth surface area for the water to flow over, silicone caps allow swimmers to move more quickly and fluidly through the water than they could without a cap.
These caps enhance mobility while swimming and instil confidence in performance during competitions. In addition to their performance benefits, there are many other reasons to wear a silicone swim cap.
Some people use swim caps to keep water out of their hair, which reduces the damage that chlorine and other pool chemicals may cause. Additionally, swim caps can help retain heat, protect your ears from water, and keep hair out of your face, providing a more comfortable and enjoyable swimming experience.
Unlike shower caps, swim caps keep water out but do not guarantee that your hair will stay completely dry. They help prevent hair damage from chlorine bleaching, watertight your ears, and retain heat while swimming.

How to fit your swim cap
We recommend you use the following method of fitting the cap over your head to avoid damaging your swim cap.
The right way to fit silicone swim cap
The right way to fit a silicone swim cap is to place the cap over your fingers and palms together. Then, stretch the cap open by moving your hands apart, slide it over your head with wet hair for easy fitting, and adjust it to fit comfortably. This method ensures a snug fit without damaging the cap.
The wrong way to fit a swimming cap
Do not fit your cap by gripping the lower edge end and pulling the cap down over your head; this will cause the cap to split. The wrong way to fit a swimming cap can lead to damage. Always use the recommended method to ensure the longevity of your swim cap
Suggestions for proper care of your silicone swim cap
- Dry inside and out immediately after use, then dust with corn starch or talcum powder.
- Please do not leave the swim cup in direct sunlight; it may shorten the life of your cap.
- Do not permit small children to use it as a toy.
- Your hair should be wet before you put on a swim cap. Air under the cap may cause it to come off during swimming training or competitive water sports.
Swim cap printing
- Screen printing will not hold up if you do not dry & powder cap immediately after each use.
NOTE: Goggle straps are abrasive and will deteriorate the print.
