Swimming Goggles by POD® Adult Size - Available in Clear Lens and Two Frame Colours
These high-quality model swimming goggles, designed for adults, offer a range of features that ensure a comfortable and enjoyable swimming experience. With anti-fog UV Protection and high-quality CA (Chromatic Aberration) lenses, you can swim confidently, knowing your vision is clear and protected.
POD Ignite Swim Goggles are manufactured with anti-fog UV Protection, ensuring clear vision and safety during your swim, and high-quality CA (Chromatic Aberration) lenses, providing superior clarity and colour accuracy.
(In optics, abbreviated CA, also called chromatic distortion and spherochromatism) is caused by lens dispersion, with different colours of light travelling at different speeds while passing through a lens to focus all colours to the same point.
Our Swim Goggles have a unique PC (Polycarbonate) Frame with a soft, flexible, liquid silicone seal that allows the lenses to "float" into position.
The integrated soft liquid silicone seals are designed to provide the most comfortable fit around your eyes, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable swimming experience. The split headband liquid silicone strap will hold its position, enhancing your comfort and peace of mind.
Choose from two vibrant goggle frame colours, blue or purple, each with clear frame areas and lenses, to add a pop of colour to your swimming gear and express your style

Care Instructions
Handle the lenses with care. The PC (polycarbonate) used to construct the lenses may easily scratch if rubbed with fingers or after use in saltwater. To maintain the quality of your goggles, avoid these actions.
Wash goggles in fresh water and let dry in the shade after every use.
- Do not leave in the sun.
- Do not leave in the car or boot on hot summer days; excessive heat may damage your swimming goggles.
To remove any chlorine, salt, or oil buildup on your goggle lenses, it is best to use lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent. Gently agitate the goggles in the solution, rinse them in fresh water and hang them out in the sun to dry.
Selecting the Correct Swim Goggles
A suitable method to see if a goggle suits your facial structure is to try "The Suction Test". Place a pair of goggles against your eye sockets without putting the headband in place. Push gently with your thumbs in the middle front section of the lens. If momentary suction is achieved, then this model will likely be suitable.
Be aware that not every model will fit every facial structure. If the incorrect model is chosen, the goggles will likely become uncomfortable and leak when swimming.
The comfort and sensitivity of a goggle seal will vary significantly between different materials, such as Foam, PVC, TPR, Silicone, or Liquid Silicone.
Adjusting Your Goggles
Depending on the model, POD Swim goggles come with various nose piece shapes.
- One-piece construction, where there is no adjustment.
- A one-piece flex construction with a flexible material frame allows the nose piece area to stretch slightly.
Headband Adjustment
A goggle headband is designed to keep the goggles in place whilst swimming and should be adjusted to a comfortable length. A tight fit is not necessarily the right fit.
If you need to over-tighten the headband, this indicates that the goggles are unsuitable for your facial structure.
The tighter you wear a headband, the more chance you will snap the headband strap.
POD has many different styles of headbands and various methods of securing them so they won't slip while swimming.
Again, familiarising yourself with the style of headband associated with the selected swim goggles will ensure that any adjustments are easily achieved
Attention
As with anything worn close to the eyes, care should be taken to prevent eye injuries.
Swim goggles may cause skin irritation for some users and should not be worn when sunburnt or by people with known susceptibility to dermatitis.
Consequently, discontinue use immediately if any irritation or inflammation occurs.
