• POD Ware has proudly designed three unique advanced organic shape connectors to suit the essential requirements of bodyboarding, surf sports and ocean photography.

Bodyboard Leash Connectors

• The highest grade urethane combined with the unique POD Connectors enables both to stretch to the utmost specification limits of the raw materials' maximum durability.

Non-Slip Cuff

• Ergonomic double-padded non-slip neoprene cuff.

Stainless Steel Buckle

• Plastic buckles break, especially with an extra-large bicep strap. To ensure sustainability and 100% reliability, podware has introduced the world's first marine-grade stainless steel buckle.

Stainless Steel Split Ring

• The bicep strap's swivel is securely attached to the stainless steel split ring to enhance its mobility and reliability.

Stainless Steel Swivels

• The two marine-grade swivels' unbreakable shafts encased in a naturally greasy plastic barrel casing guarantee a friction-free continuous swivel rotation, eliminating any fused parts from salt erosion and leash tangles.

Strong D Loop

• Quick release pull loop in moments of need.

Since Peter Clarke pioneered the first swivel connector moulded over a cord in the 1980s, which improved bodyboarders' progressive wave riding performance to new levels, I needed to match this with function, design, and durability.

The structural strength in nature inspired me to design the POD Connection. The shape and configuration enable the cord to stretch to its raw material specifications, a goal I was pleased to achieve.

My work inspires the next generation in leash design!
